Private Pay

We provide clients with the option of private pay, ensuring confidentiality and granting full control over their therapeutic journey. With this option, clients enjoy flexible scheduling, utmost privacy, and a therapeutic experience free from diagnostic labels or time constraints.

Insurance

In an effort to reduce financial barriers and increase access to quality holistic mental health care, we offer a limited number of insurance and reduced rate/sliding scale appointments. We are in-network with most private insurance plans. Coverage for our services will vary depending upon your insurance plan. We are happy to look up your policy to determine the specific details.

If you would like to verify your own coverage, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:

  • Do I have mental/behavioral health benefits? Do I have a co-pay or out of pocket deductible?

  • Do I have out-of-network mental/behavioral health benefits? Typically an out-of-network plan is referred to as Preferred Provider Organization Plan (PPO) or Point-Of-Service Plan (POS).

  • Do I have an out-of-network deductible that has to be met first before I get reimbursed? Has any amount of my deductible been covered this year?

  • What is my co-insurance amount? Co-insurances typically range between 20%-40% of the session cost.

  • What is the usual and customary rate covered by my insurance for outpatient psychotherapy (CPT code 90837)?

Payment

We accept credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, or cash via Zelle.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. If we are unable to reschedule or you cancel outside of this time frame, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
